Today's guest comic (ushering BBB back from hiatus) comes from Joel Gonzaga, who, in addition to being a hella nice guy, runs The Uber Bean.  Take a look as soon as you can (the way I understand it, Joel's on hiatus for the holidays... pretty good time to go through the archive?)

Happy Holidays, everyone!  It's a couple of days late by virtue of the fact that my dad came up to visit (and it's about twelve panels longer than I expected) by here it is.  The (somewhat) thrilling conclusion to the Oscar Wilde arc.

Taking a break for a bit, now.  Should only be a week or two - enough time to stock up on comics (small arcs & one-offs) and to build up my site on ComicGenesis.com

So not the end of Beta Burns Babylon by any means, but I'm definitely going to be taking what I learned from this month-long arc to heart.  Mostly that I'm not as funny as I sometimes think and that thirty panel comics aren't something I should ever really consider a viable option.

Guest Comic the First

this is to be remembered as a hallowed day in the history of Beta Burns Babylon.  Today is not only the first early update since I started this silly little webcomic but more importantly, the very first (of what will be many, Cthulhu willing) guest comic from the most endearingly insane human being I've ever met.  The Smuckles to my Kazenzakis (or vice versa, depending on the day), the Carl to my Pete - my best friend, Yaz.

I've drawn the next few comics already and can say that this clumsy little arc will officially be over either Thursday or Saturday, depending on editing & whatnot.
